RIDE CYCLE CLUB FAQ

Everything you need to know before, during, and after your RIDE.

Getting Started

How is RIDE different from other cycling classes?

RIDE is an immersive, music-driven indoor cycling experience that combines rhythm-based movement, powerful coaching, and a sense of community. Unlike standard gym classes, every RIDE is curated to challenge you physically, connect you mentally, and push you as a collective pack.

Do I need to create an account to book a class?

Yes. All riders need to create an account to purchase and book classes. It’s quick and easy to set up online or through our RIDE 2.0 app via the App Store or online.

How do I book a RIDE?

RIDE’s can be booked online or through the app up to one week in advance, and right up until class start time. You’ll choose your spot in the room during booking.

What’s the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 12 hours before class without penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours result in a lost class credit (for pack holders) or a late fee (for unlimited/Flex riders).
